◆Size exchanges will be provided free of charge, up to one time per person.

Notes on size exchanges

◆Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for sizes that are sold out.

◆Shipping costs for returns must be paid by the customer (prepaid).

*Please note that if you return the item cash on delivery, the replacement item will be shipped cash on delivery.

◆Please note that we cannot accept exchanges in the following cases, excluding initial defects.

- Items that have had tags removed, are dirty, have been washed, have damaged fibers, or show other signs of use and are considered unsuitable for resale as new.
