      About defective products

      We take every precaution when inspecting and shipping products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will exchange it for a good one. Please contact us by email with a picture of the defective part attached.

      Once we receive your contact information, we will provide you with information on exchange or return.

      *However, this only applies if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

      *We will cover the cost of returning the defective product and shipping the replacement product.

      *Please be sure to check the product immediately after receiving it for defects. If a defect is discovered after 7 days from receipt, we will not accept exchanges or returns, even if it is the first time you have used the product. Please note this in advance.

      Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

      Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience (other than damage or soiling of the product).

      As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of good products due to customer reasons such as differences in the image or incorrect size of the product. Please consider carefully before ordering.

      We will not accept returns if any of the following apply:

      ・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago

      ・Products used by customers

      ・Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer

      ・If the product tag or packaging is defaced, damaged, lost or discarded

      ・Items that have been soiled by customers trying them on, etc.

      ・If you purchased from a seller other than our company
