When I visited Sapporo in the winter for work every year, I wore quite a lot of clothing, including thick coats, gloves, and scarves.
This time I was wearing light clothing, just an Endeavor jacket, but I was able to stay warm even in Sapporo, where it was -10 degrees Celsius.
I wore it from Tokyo, but it felt hot at 10 degrees Celsius, so I didn't wear a jacket at Haneda Airport.
In Sapporo, I only needed to wear light clothing under my jacket, and I didn't need a muffler. I was sweating if I was wearing a thick sweater inside.
Even though it was snowing, I didn't need an umbrella. The jacket had several pockets, which made it convenient to carry valuables without leaving them unattended. I didn't need a bag for that amount, and I felt it was perfect for traveling and leisure.
When I first put on the Endeavor jacket, I felt it was heavy, but as I wore it I didn't notice it anymore. Also, the sleeves are long for me, but I can securely fasten the cuffs with Velcro.
It also kept the cold out and the sleeves didn't slip down my hands. I'm looking forward to going skiing next time with this jacket.
